We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $300.00 in the continental USA. This offer excludes overweight or dimensional weight packages. An overweight package is considered any package exceeding 25 pounds. A Dimensional weight package is considered any package measuring over 5184 cubic inches. Example: - 12x12x37= 5328. Multiply width x height x length to achieve the total cubic inches. Then you divide the total cubic inches by a factor of 194.
- Therefore 12x12 is 144x37=5328 divided by 194 = 27.46
- The equation results in the package being shipped at 28 pounds.

We are the only company in the Camaro business that offers free truck freight delivery and insurance on any order exceeding $3,000.00. This offer is good for business address deliveries or from terminal to terminal. The definition of a business address is determined by the truck freight carrier. Generally a home or home office is not considered a business address. All home deliveries will result in an additional $89.00 surcharge.

This service is limited to in-stock, non-oversized items with a combined total weight of 20lbs or less. We ship daily using Fed Ex Ground or USPS. Fed Ex will make three delivery attempts before returning the package(s) to Heartbeat City. You will receive a notification on your door alerting you to an attempted delivery. Any packages returned to Heartbeat City are considered refused orders and the appropriate shipping charges and fees will apply. Please furnish us with an address where someone will be available to sign for and receive your delivery. We suggest a business address. Shipping to a business address can save you both money and time. Hazardous Materials Paint and other related items that are considered Hazardous materials can only be shipped FedEx Ground per federal law. All materials classified as hazardous will be indentified on the product detail page. No Air shipments are permitted for paints, related products, flammable, or hazardous materials. All AFO/APO addressed packages are required to be shipped via the US Postal Service. Special weight and size restrictions can apply. We will do everything possible to wrap your package(s) to meet these guidelines.
